I have installed the latest update to the software, but now I keep getting some kind of error and the software doesn't load... what do I do?

First, uninstall the software
Second, Go to C:\Program Files\Blog SubmitterPro v. 7.1 ... and delete the entire folder.
Third, restart your computer.
Fourth, reinstall the software
Fifth... Enjoy Submitting!

I can't see all of the buttons on the software... what do I do?

Every once in a while, a user has her settings set in a way that just isn't compatible with the software... I never could reproduce the error for myself, so I just made a custom copy of the software for you to use if you have this issue.

Just email me, let me know that you can't see all of the buttons, and I'll send you the special copy.... Yes, be sure that you include your purchase receipt or I probably will not respond.

I install just fine, but when I register, i never receive me conformation/verification email... what do I do?

Relax!... This just means that either your spam catcher or your ISP is blocking mail from my server.

Just send me a note and tell me what name and email you registered with, as well as your receipt number, and I will put you into the system manually, and then let you know via alternate mail server.

I have an issue that needs resolved, but it isn't listed anywhere in the help pages... what do I do?
